What is GMVA?

Every GMVA professional works inside the GMVA Secure Work Zone, a controlled environment that prevents screenshots, downloads, and screen sharing. Patient data is protected and can never be exported. 

How are your specialists trained for HIPAA compliance?

Every GMVA professional undergoes training to ensure full compliance with HIPAA regulations. This includes in-depth education on patient privacy, data security, and handling protected health information (PHI) securely. We conduct regular compliance audits, refresher courses, and performance evaluations to maintain the highest standards. 

How does GMVA integrate with our EHR and existing systems?

GMVA is one of only three companies in this space with Epic approval for security. Our specialists work directly in the systems your in-house team already uses. There’s no IT integration on your side and no separate reporting to reconcile with your own. 

How does pricing work?

GMVA bills at one flat rate per specialist, per week, with no tiers or hidden fees. The structure and billing are entirely predictable. 

Can we start small and scale up?

Yes. Most of our engagements start in a particular area, like pre-authorization management, and expand as the partnership develops. Capacity can be added or shifted as your operational needs change.
